Powerful new testimony videos for Mentor Link

What could be better than supporting vulnerable and distressed children and young people to get back on their feet? That’s what the volunteers of the fantastic Worcestershire based charity Mentor Link give their free time for. Green Shed Video worked with Mentor Link to produce three short video case studies. The videos don’t shy away from tackling some of the emotive and difficult situations that Mentor Link helps with from: self harm, depression, anxiety, sexual and domestic abuse to issues of loneliness and low self esteem.

It was a real honour to work with mentors to develop the scripts and case studies and we had a great time working with Sue Downing and some fantastic young actors from the Roses Theatre in Kidderminster.

Working on a very limited budget and timescale we filmed the actors reenacting some of the difficult and heart wrenching situations all too many young people find themselves in and showing what a fantastic impact the mentors have.
